Working with a massage therapist can help you become aware of patterns in your body that can be contributing to your discomfort. Sometimes a client on my table will exclaim, "Ooh! I didn't even know that was tight!" We talk about the area that is tight, what it might be affecting and what to do about it! You will feel better after a massage and you can maintain at least some of that improvement on your own. I can help you know where to put the effort to get the most improvement.
You can do things to improve how you feel, so don't accept aches and pains as fact. Yours is the only body you're going to get and I'm guessing you want to keep using it for years to come! Add a few minutes of stretching to your day and get regular massage.
